The clock tower, the Cathedral, Valdehoyos Marquis House, the Church of Saint Peter Claver, the Palace of the Inquisition, the gold Museum, Heredia Theatre, the Naval Museum, and old colonial houses where work the best boutiques, restaurants and places of amusement are located on the walled city,  and on its outskirts the Popa hill and the Agustinos Recoletos Descalzos convent.
